About Todd Akerley

Over the course of his career, Todd Akerley has served his community both in the public and private sectors. He is now employed as a livery driver for The Limo Connection and as a customer service agent for Delta Air Lines, in which role he ensures safe and secure boarding and deplaning processes for travelers. Also responsible for supporting travelers with special needs and ensuring smooth check-in processes, Todd Akerley was nominated for Delta's Chairman’s Club in June 2015.

Mr. Akerley comes to his current roles following success as a team member with the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. There, he helped to provide the level of service that made Sheraton Hartford the highest rated Waterford hotel in North America.

Mr. Akerley has distinguished himself further as a former member of the Avon Police Department, where he provided anti-drug training as a DARE officer in schools and educated new department members as a field training officer. Mr. Akerley had previously served as a police officer with the City of Hartford, having graduated from the Connecticut Police Academy in 1999.
